The Bronze Quill for Poetry 2008

Closing Date 30th September 2008

Trophy, Cash Prizes and Certificates awarded at the Bronze Quill Luncheon to be held on 17th November 

Conditions of Entry:

1.      This competition is for fully paid up members only

2.     Poems to be no more than 60 lines

3.      Entries to be size 12 font in dark print, double spacing not necessary

4.      Pen names to be used. Real names are not to appear anywhere on the entry

5.      Include a cover sheet with title of poem, line count and pen name

6.      Entry form to be included with the entry

7.      Up to 3 poems can be sent, each poem to have a different pen name

8.      Same envelope can be used for the 3 poems

9.      Entry fee is  $7 for one, $12 for two, $15 for three

10.    Entries will be returned only if SSAE of sufficient size is included

11.    Published poems, or those winning money or first prize in any other competition are not eligible

12.    Cheques to be made out to Society of Women Writers WA Inc
